This is a 35 year male who had a previous rhinoplasty 6 year prior, who noticed gradual collapse of his right nostril and tip since his surgery. He underwent a revision rhinoplasty which included nasal osteotomies to correct slight deviation, right lateral crural strut graft and batten grafting as well as a columellar strut graft to elevate his right nostril margin and improve his tip definition. These are his results at 3 months.

This 33 year old female had had a rhinoplasty 6 year prior in another country. She had subsequent trauma and was concerned about her collapsed right nasal tip and difficulty breathing as well as a lump on her dorsum just above her tip. A revision rhinoplasty was performed by Dr. Ginsburg with removal of her excess dorsal tissue in the supratip area. Her ear cartilage was used to reconstruct her damaged right lateral crura, spreader grafts were placed and tip defining sutures were used. She is shown at 4 months post op.
